Well, that was a rough week for gold. That Friday close below the 200 SMA was pretty significant, definitely not what I was hoping for. It's hard to ignore how much it's been hammered, especially with all that news about mining stocks getting crushed. Makes you wonder about the gap risk come Monday.

Actually, thinking about that forced selling @ibrahim2604 mentioned, it's really what's driving the price down. It's not just technicals; there's a lot of panic out there. I'm hoping for a cleaner market next week, but I won't be surprised if we see more volatility. NFA, of course.
