Whoa, silver just shot up past 73?! That's wild. With the Mideast tensions easing a bit and inflation cooling in the Eurozone, I guess traders are betting on less volatility and maybe more economic growth. Wonder if gold will follow suit.

Actually, looking at the Bollinger Bands, the price is sitting right at the upper band. Historically, when it touches that upper band and RSI is overbought, it often pulls back. So maybe there’s a shorting opportunity coming up after all, if it fails to break higher. That would fit with Daniel's bearish outlook too. Need to see if it respects that band or blasts through it.

@JenniferGarcia10, I saw silver's move too, but XAUUSD is acting a bit differently. That bearish engulfing on the H4 is concerning for gold right now. While Mideast tensions can be a driver, the immediate chart pattern suggests a potential pullback. I'm watching if it can hold above the 200 SMA around 4519. Breaking that could signal a deeper correction.
