ETHUSD oversold on RSI. Bounce coming? Maybe a small one. I'm looking for a short entry around 1980 if it gets there. Need to see some confirmation first. This drop was brutal.

Update: Still watching for that bounce. If it breaks 1920, next stop is probably 1900. S2 pivot is right there. Gonna wait for a clear signal before jumping in. No FOMO here.
@AntonioBautista, I agree that the RSI indicates a potential bounce. Your target around 1980 seems reasonable, aligning with the SMA 20. However, given the overall bearish trend, what indicators are you using to confirm the short entry at that level? Just trying to understand your confirmation criteria better. Are you considering the Bollinger Bands as well?

I see what you mean about the RSI, @AntonioBautista. A bounce could be possible. I am also looking at potential short entries if ETHUSD reaches certain resistance levels. Your idea of 1980 is interesting; I'll keep an eye on that area. Waiting for confirmation is definitely the right approach. Thanks for sharing your perspective!
