Bitcoin's struggle above 70500 is concerning, especially with the 50-day SMA now acting as resistance around 73998. I'm also a bit wary of the volume, as @sparker843 mentioned. It feels like we could see a false breakout attempt or just a slow grind lower if this continues. I'm not looking to open any significant positions until we see clearer direction, maybe just a small scalp if a clear intraday level presents itself, but mostly just observing for now. The news about regulatory clarity you mentioned is interesting, but I think the immediate macro headwinds are outweighing it currently.
