Alright, planning my attack for Monday. Looking at the D1 chart, gold's definitely in an uptrend, but that RSI is screaming overbought. I'm thinking of setting some limit orders just below the pivot points, around 5240-5245. If we get a gap up and then a quick dip, those could be decent entry points for a long. SL around 5230. Gotta factor in the Iran situation too, though. Might need to widen the stop loss to account for increased volatility. Need to monitor the news closely on Sunday evening.

@LeoS86 I'm a little skeptical about longing based solely on the D1 chart. The overbought RSI is definitely a concern. Setting limit orders around 5240-5245 seems pretty aggressive considering where price is right now, almost 100 points away. I'd want to see a stronger confirmation of the uptrend before placing orders that high, maybe wait for a pullback and a retest of support closer to 5150-5160 first. Just my two cents.

@LeoS86 I like your idea of limit orders near the pivot points. It's a smart way to play a potential gap up and dip. I might do something similar, but I'll wait to see how the market opens before committing.
