This DXY chart is kinda flatlining after Friday's close. I'm looking at the 50 SMA around 99.39. If we can't push past that on Monday, I think we might test the 200 SMA at 99.19 again. The weekend news about that stablecoin exploit is weird, but not sure it impacts DXY directly. Waiting to see if we get a gap.

Actually, thinking more about that gap risk for DXY. If the market sentiment shifts hard because of those geopolitical tensions and oil prices surge, we could definitely see a flight to safety and a gap up open. Angela might be onto something there. I'm usually not one for gaps, but that's a real possibility with how things are. I'll be watching that 99.38 resistance level very closely right at the open. If it breaks and holds, then maybe a move higher is on. But if it fails, we could see a sharp reversal down.

Hey @EricS8, I agree with you about watching that 50 SMA. If DXY can't push past it, I'm also expecting a retest of the lower levels.
