I'm trying to understand how the relative strength index (RSI) affects EUR/USD. The RSI(14) is at 58.4 right now, which seems pretty neutral, but what range would signal an overbought or oversold condition that typically leads to a reversal? Any insights would be appreciated!

Update: also noticing that the SMA20 is at 1.18046, very close to the SMA50. Maybe that's why it's finding it hard to move. Are we waiting for a catalyst?
