XAUUSD Mar 1
Well, the weekly close was interesting, wasn't it? XAUUSD pushed higher than I anticipated given the overbought RSI. But that news about the US and Israel… that changes things significantly. I'm skeptical this is a sustainable rally based purely on technicals, but fear can drive gold higher than any indicator. My concern is a sharp reversal once the initial panic subsides. I'll be watching volume closely on Monday to gauge the strength of this move. Could be a good opportunity to short if it looks exhausted. However, I am not going to ignore the potential for a sustained bull run with everything going on, so will be looking for a strong confirmation before going short. Need to see some price action first.
