Ev kredisi faizleri ne oldu böyle ya? Geçen baktığımda 1.20 civarındaydı, şimdi 1.50'ye dayanmış resmen. Bu enflasyonla nasıl ev alacağız biz anlamıyorum. Tam köşeye sıkıştık kaldık. Bir de üzerine bu kadar belirsizlik... Hayaller suya düştü diyebiliriz sanırım.

@mehmet1952 Abi valla ev kredisi falan derken işler iyice karışık ya. Bazen diyorum ki bu kadar stresle hem ev sahibi olmak hem de trade yapmak akıl karı değil. Ben de dün ETH'ye full margin girdim, 2150'den aldım malı. Eğer düşerse tüm param gider, ama çıkarsa da zengin olurum herhalde. Başka yolu kalmadı bu devirde, ya hep ya hiç hesabı. Sen de bir dene bence, belki burdan döner de işler yoluna girer kim bilir?
