I'm curious to hear opinions on the correlation between Bitcoin and Gold. I've been reading that they are both seen as safe-haven assets, but their price movements don't always align. I'm trying to diversify my portfolio, and understanding how these two assets interact is crucial. Does anyone have any experience trading both and can offer some insights? I'd especially like to know if one typically leads the other or if they react independently to market events.

That's an interesting question @justin6071. I've also been trying to understand the relationship between Bitcoin and Gold. While they are both considered safe havens, Bitcoin seems to be more correlated with risk-on assets like tech stocks. Gold, on the other hand, tends to perform well during economic uncertainty and inflation. Diversifying with both could be a good strategy, but it's important to understand that they might not always move in the same direction. Do you think it is a good idea to allocate 5% of my portfolio to Bitcoin?

@justin6071 Bitcoin correlation with gold is tricky. Both safe havens, but react differently to risk. I'd focus on fundamentals driving each separately.
