This sideways chop is honestly boring me to death. It feels like everything is just consolidating, waiting for a big move. I've been watching the DXY too, and it's acting just as sluggish. When the dollar is this indecisive, gold usually follows suit, just drifting. We need some news catalyst to break this pattern, otherwise it's just noise until then.

Hey @boldoak, I hear you on the boredom. This Sydney session is always like this, thin liquidity and slow price action. But look closely, the RSI is still holding strong above 60, and we're sitting right at the R1 pivot. It feels like a coiled spring to me. The previous consolidation we saw around 4700-4750 also had that same 'waiting' vibe before the big move. I'm keeping an eye on the 4850 level. If we get a clean break with some displacement, I might consider a long position, targeting the next resistance. It's not quite inducement yet, but it's definitely building.
