Honestly, I've learned the hard way that trying to scalp in these choppy sessions is just begging to get squeezed. My last attempt at a quick 10-pip gain on GBPUSD ended up costing me 30 pips because I ignored the wider Bollinger Band range. Stick to the bigger picture, that's my mantra now.
