I'm looking at the DXY chart and this volume action today is really concerning, @mgray708. Every time it tries to climb, especially near that 99.70 level, there's a decent push in volume but it doesn't seem to sustain the move. It feels like selling pressure is just absorbing all that buying interest.

It makes me question if this bullishness is genuine or just a temporary squeeze before a reversal. The fact that it can't break higher with conviction despite the news out of the Middle East is a bit odd.

And it's not just the volume on the up-moves. I've noticed on the dips too, whenever it touches that 99.60 area, volume spikes but then immediately falls off. It's like a tug-of-war where neither side can get a firm grip. This choppy action makes it difficult to commit to a direction, and frankly, it's making me a bit nervous about holding any position right now.

Hey @JosephLewis, I hear ya on the volume. It's been weird, right? Like it's trying to push up past that 99.60-70 zone but just hitting invisible walls. I actually saw a similar thing yesterday on the hourly, lots of wicks appearing and then the price just dying. Made me wonder if there's some big institutional player just letting orders get filled without committing. Or maybe it's just thin liquidity in this session doing its thing. Hard to say for sure when it's this quiet. Keeps me up at night wondering if I should have set a tighter SL on my short.
