I initiated a short position on EURUSD earlier today, anticipating a continued decline. Unfortunately, the price retraced and hit my stop loss at 1.1750, resulting in a small loss. It seems the market is quite volatile, and I need to reassess my risk management strategy. Perhaps a wider stop loss would be more appropriate in these conditions.
