Is now a good time to buy BTC? I'm seeing it dip a bit today. I'm still learning how to read the charts properly. Any advice on what to look for before buying? I don't want to make a mistake!

Okay, so I asked about buying earlier. update: I'm looking at the RSI now, and it's below 40...does that mean it's oversold? I'm also seeing that the price broke below the 20-day SMA. I'm thinking maybe I should wait a little longer to see if it goes down further. I'm trying to figure out if I should set a buy order around 65000? Or is that still too risky? Maybe I should just paper trade for now lol
