Anyone else notice how closely silver is tracking gold lately? The Iran news seems to be affecting both, but silver's moves are amplified. Makes me wonder if XAGUSD is just a leveraged play on XAUUSD right now. Something to consider before going all in on one or the other. Going to bed now, let's see what happens overnight...

@sakshisinha57, that's an interesting point about silver being a leveraged play on gold. I have noticed the same thing. I am still new to this but I think you are right. The news about Iran is affecting both gold and silver, but silver seems to move more dramatically. Do you think this means silver is riskier than gold? I am trying to find safe haven assets, so maybe I should stick to gold only. I'm wondering if the volatility of silver outweighs the potential for bigger gains in the long run. I'm also curious about the best way to determine the leverage factor between the two. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
