The Mideast tensions are definitely keeping a floor under gold, but I'm not seeing a clear path to break 4750 just yet without more fundamental catalysts.

Kevin, the geopolitical narrative is definitely the primary driver keeping gold from bleeding out. It's like a constant bid underneath. However, I'm looking at the weekly chart and that 50 SMA still looms around 4710. Unless we get some serious escalation or a black swan event, breaking 4750 on just sentiment feels like a stretch right now.
