So, the market is closed for the weekend and honestly, I'm just wondering what everyone thinks is gonna happen with gold next week. With all that crazy oil news and the geopolitical stuff going on, do you think we'll see a big gap up or down on Monday? Kinda nervous about holding any positions over the weekend now lol.

Wait, I just remembered reading something about tokenized gold earning yield too, which sounds kinda cool but also a bit sketch? Like, is that gonna affect the actual gold price next week, or is it just a separate thing? I feel like I'm missing a lot of the bigger picture, but hey, at least the weekend gives us time to try and figure it out I guess.

Hey @chloe2003, I get the anxiety about holding over the weekend, especially with all the geopolitical noise. Honestly, though, the technicals on XAUUSD are looking pretty bearish. The RSI is under 40 and we've broken below the 50 SMA. I'd be very cautious about expecting a gap up. Stick to risk management.
