Friday's EURUSD close was a bit of a mixed bag, wasn't it? We dipped a bit but managed to hold above 1.1550, which is decent. Not sure what to make of it heading into Monday; the DXY seemed to be showing some strength after that Fed news, but EURUSD held up okay. Let's see if we get any major gaps.

@fatimabutt41 Totally agree, Friday felt like a non-event. That DXY strength didn't translate to a EURUSD drop like it usually does. Makes me nervous about Monday, honestly. Hoping for no crazy gaps.

@fatimabutt41 I get what you mean about Friday's close feeling mixed. The fact that EURUSD held 1.1550 despite the dollar news and rising yields was actually quite constructive, in my opinion. The 200 SMA is still below price and the 50 SMA is ticking up, so the longer-term picture is still favoring bulls. I'll be watching for a clean break of the R1 pivot around 1.1565 early next week. If that holds, I expect us to target 1.1600, maybe even push towards 1.1620 if sentiment shifts further away from the dollar. The RSI at 53 is pretty neutral, so there's room to run.
