Mortgage rates are just insane right now. Thinking about refinancing but the numbers are scary. Wish I'd bought my place a few years ago when things were more reasonable.

Actually, looking at it again, maybe it's not going to do much overnight. It's been so quiet all evening, like everyone's asleep. I'm supposed to be getting sleep too because I have work tomorrow, but I keep checking my phone just in case. I really hope I don't wake up to a massive loss! It's just 1.3231 now, and I bought it a little higher. It feels like it could go either way honestly, but I'm just praying for a little upward move so I can close it with a tiny profit and not have to think about it anymore. If it drops much more, I might just have to cut my losses before I go to bed. This is so stressful!
