This USDJPY pair is just sitting there like a brick. Feels like it's going to get stuck between that 158.50 support and 159.00 resistance for a while. Maybe a liquidity grab around 158.40 before it slowly creeps back up. Not expecting much action till the US session.

Actually, that Iran news about the Strait of Hormuz re-opening might give the dollar a little boost against the Yen. Less oil price panic means less safe-haven demand for JPY. So maybe that 158.50 doesn't hold for long. Could see a quick run to 159.20.
