Watching XAUUSD closely as we approach the US session. The price action around the 4750 level has been quite indecisive, hovering near the 50 SMA. I'm anticipating a move towards the R1 pivot point at 4775 if we can break above the Bollinger band resistance. MACD is showing some bearish divergence on the 1-hour chart, but RSI is still holding above 40, suggesting room for upside.

My primary target remains the 4775-4785 zone, contingent on a clean break and sustain above the 20 SMA. If that fails, we could see a retest of the 4740 S1 pivot.

Actually, looking at the 4-hour chart, the 200 SMA is providing solid support around 4683. We've bounced off it a couple of times recently. If the market sentiment shifts bullish during the US session, breaking past the 4780 resistance could open up a much larger upward move, potentially targeting the 4800 psychological level. The key will be volume confirmation on any breakout. Keep an eye on that.
