Okay, I've decided to take a long position on GBPUSD at 1.3406. RSI looks like it might be turning up soon. My target is 1.3420, aiming for a small profit. I'm keeping a tight stop-loss at 1.3398 just in case things go south. This is just a small position to test the waters. Let's see how it plays out. This is more of a scalp trade tbh. Gotta watch it closely!

@manish3715, I appreciate your detailed analysis. However, taking a long position at 1.3406 against the prevailing bearish trend might be risky. The SMA20 is acting as immediate resistance. Have you considered the possibility of a further decline towards the S2 pivot before any potential upward movement?
