XAUUSD Feb 24
Considering the recent bearish momentum in XAUUSD, I am observing the price action around the S1 pivot at 5146.77. A sustained rejection from this level could indicate further downside potential for a short scalp. I would be looking for a break below S2 at 5139.77 to confirm entry. My concern is the neutral RSI which suggests a lack of strong conviction either way.

To add to my previous point, I am closely monitoring the upcoming economic news releases. Any hawkish sentiment from central banks could provide the necessary catalyst for XAUUSD to push lower. For a scalp, I'd set a tight stop loss just above 5150 and target the 5130 region. Scalping requires strict risk management, especially with current market volatility.
