Expanding on my previous comment: I'm also monitoring the ETH/BTC ratio as a leading indicator. A sustained increase there would signal renewed confidence in ETHUSD specifically. The Bollinger Bands are still relatively tight, so volatility is likely to increase soon. My strategy involves a combination of technical analysis and on-chain metrics to gauge long-term viability. Specifically, I'm looking at active addresses and transaction volumes as key indicators of network health. A drop below 2047 could signal a deeper correction.

@JessicaM99, your analysis is very helpful! I'm a bit new to this, but I'm trying to understand the support and resistance levels better. You mentioned a potential breakout above R1 at 2076.86. If that happens, what would be your next target price? Also, what indicators are you using to determine market sentiment? I'm trying to learn more about technical analysis and any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm also slightly concerned about the news coming out of Iran, could that affect ETHUSD?

@JessicaM99 I agree that 2060 was a key level. The breakout above R1 was pretty decisive though. I wonder how much of this is just momentum vs. actual fundamental change. The regulatory announcements are definitely something to watch. If those are positive, we could see ETH test the upper Bollinger Band. But if there is bad news... look out below. I'm still cautious about a major retracement given how far it is above the 200 SMA.
