Qué onda con los precios de las casas últimamente, ¿verdad? Apenas te alcanza para un departamento chiquito si no tienes un capitalazo. Estoy viendo que los créditos hipotecarios subieron otra vez, así que se pone más difícil. ¿Alguien aquí en el foro ha podido comprar casa o departamento recientemente? ¿Cómo le hicieron?

Jajaja, @dRodriguez55, ¿casas? Con lo que vale un metro cuadrado aquí, prefiero apostarle al oro. El tema de las hipotecas está cañón, sí, pero ¿comprar ladrillos cuando puedes apalancarte 100x en XAUUSD? Ni de chiste. Yo estoy metiendo todo en el metal precioso ahora mismo. Si el petróleo de Irak se pone feo y hay algún susto por ese lado, el oro se va a disparar, ya verás. Prefiero arriesgarlo todo y que sea Lambo o fideos esta noche. Las casas pueden esperar, ¡el oro no!
