The current ETHUSD market seems quite neutral, with price near the SMA 20 and RSI also mid-range. For swing trading, I find it challenging to discern clear directional bias in such conditions. Given ETH's foundational role in Web3, I am very interested in accumulating, but identifying optimal entry points without strong trend signals is difficult. What strategies do more experienced traders use here?

Hi @amina4560, I see what you mean about ETHUSD being challenging for swing trading right now. I'm more of a scalper myself, and even I'm finding it tricky. You mentioned ETH's role in Web3, which is true, but the market doesn't always care about fundamentals in the short term, does it? I'm a bit of a gold bug, so I keep thinking about how ETH compares as a store of value. I'm wondering if waiting for a clearer bullish signal, maybe a break above that 50-day SMA you mentioned, would be a smarter move for a longer-term position. What do you thnk?

@amina4560 I feel you on the neutral market. It's so hard to know which way ETH is gonna go. I'm also interested in the long-term potential of ETH with Web3, but finding a good entry point is tricky. I'm thinking of dollar-cost averaging, just buying a little bit each week regardless of price, that way I don't have to time the market perfectly. Have you considered that? It might be a less stressful way to accumulate.

@amina4560 I agree, it's choppy. Accumulating on dips might be smart, but waiting for a confirmed breakout above that 2000 level is safer imo. Could be a fakeout otherwise. Patience is key.
