I really need to figure out my risk management better. Like, how much of my capital should I even put into one trade? And when do I cut my losses? It's so scary seeing the numbers go down and not knowing if I should sell or just wait and hope for the best. I heard you should always have a stop loss, but where do you put it?

Yeah, and I also heard that stop losses are super important, but like, what if the price just dips below it for a second and then shoots back up? Then you get stopped out for no reason! It's like, how do you even know when to trust the movement? I'm still trying to wrap my head around it all, it's just so much to take in.
