Man, I'm so confused about how much to risk. Like, is 1% too much or too little? I set a stop loss, but then I see the price moving a bit and I'm like, should I close it? This USDJPY is making my head spin. I don't want to lose everything on one trade.

Yeah, and sometimes I feel like I'm just FOMOing into trades, you know? Like, I see it moving and panic buy. Then, of course, it reverses. This whole risk management thing is way harder than it looks. I just want to not lose money, is that too much to ask?

@msmith419 Dude, I totally get what you mean about the risk. It's like, how much can you afford to lose without it actually hurting? And then when the price moves a little against you, your brain just screams 'SELL!' even if it's just a tiny pullback. I've been there, entered a trade, saw it dip a bit, freaked out and closed it, only to watch it rocket up later. Or worse, I held on too long hoping it would come back and ended up with a massive loss. This whole 1% rule is super confusing when you're actually in the trade and feeling the pressure. I'm still trying to figure out my own comfort level too, it's a constant battle.
