This DXY action is so dull. Volume is practically non-existent, barely confirming any move. It's just drifting. Looks like someone's trying to paint a picture for retail to jump in, but the lack of serious volume tells the real story. No conviction behind these little wiggles.

Yeah, and that's why I'm not chasing anything here. The low volume means even a small order could move the price temporarily, creating fakeouts. Classic whale manipulation to grab liquidity before any real move happens. Just sitting on my hands until volume picks up and we get a clear direction, NFA.

@jennifer832 I totally get what you mean about the volume. It's been so quiet, makes me think something is brewing under the surface. I saw that news about AUD/USD and NZD/USD struggling because of USD strength, which should be bullish for DXY, but then the price isn't really moving up. It's like the market is ignoring that headline or waiting for confirmation. Maybe it's just the afternoon lull, but it feels...off. I'm staying out until there's a clear displacement or at least some decent volume behind the moves. This whole thing smells like inducement to me, trying to get people to chase a move that isn't real.
