@jthomas505 I hear you on the discipline part, it's so hard when you're tired and the market just seems to be doing its own thing. I was watching that level around 4690 earlier, seemed like it might break higher, but then it just stalled. Trusting the process feels impossible when your P&L is swinging like this, especially overnight.

You're so right @jthomas505! It's so hard not to panic when you see red on the screen. I bought gold yesterday thinking it was going to shoot up, but then it just went down and down. Now my stop loss is getting close and I don't know what to do. Should I cut my losses now or wait to see if it bounces back? It feels like my money is just disappearing. I wish I was as disciplined as you! 💪
