Man, this XAUUSD drop is wild. I'm still learning, but I've been trying to set my stop losses pretty tight. Like, if I enter a trade, I don't want to lose more than 1% of my capital on it. Is that a good rule? Seems scary to have such a small buffer, but I guess it's better than losing everything.

Hey @suresh1260, 1% stop loss is pretty tight for sure, especially with how volatile gold can be. These guys in the market love to ping stops, and the spreads can eat you alive if you're not careful. I'd say sticking to a fixed percentage is a decent start, but definitely watch out for how the price action looks around your entry. Sometimes a wider stop is needed if the market feels rigged.
