Anyone else checking the economic calendar today? I see that FOMC meeting minutes are coming out later, and that's usually a big mover for gold. Gotta watch for any hints about interest rates. Hope it doesn't cause too much wild swings though, still getting the hang of this.

Hey @ddavis899, yeah definitely keeping an eye on that FOMC meeting minutes release. It's always a gamble with those events, could swing gold hard either way. The Fed's stance on rates is key, and the market's always trying to price that in. Last week was wild with all that news about Iran too, oil jumped and gold followed. Honestly, I'm a bit anxious about Monday open. The price action on Friday was a bit choppy, ending right on that 50 SMA line. I'm hoping it holds, but if it breaks, we might see a liquidity grab below. We'll see how it plays out.
