Gold's looking pretty strong right now, but I'm still approaching with caution. The RSI is definitely showing bullish momentum, and we're above both the 20 and 50 SMAs, which is encouraging. However, I'm a bit concerned about how quickly it's moving. Big jumps like this can sometimes lead to pullbacks. I'm thinking of entering a small long position, but with a tight stop-loss around 3870 just in case. Gotta protect that capital! What are your thoughts on potential resistance levels?

Update: I'm also seeing the Bollinger Bands widening, which could indicate increased volatility. This reinforces my decision to keep my position small and my stop-loss tight. I'll be watching the D1 chart closely for any signs of a trend reversal. Patience is key, I guess!
