EURUSD Feb 18
Hi everyone! I'm still learning, but I've been looking at EURUSD and it seems pretty stuck right now. I'm seeing the SMAs are close together, but does that always mean it's going to stay like this? What do you all think needs to happen for it to move properly? Any thoughts would be great!

Hi @ephillips826, it's a good question about the SMAs. When they're close together like that, it often indicates a period of sideways movement or consolidation. It doesn't always mean it will stay that way forever, but it suggests a lack of strong trend. A catalyst, like a major economic announcement, is often needed to break it out of that range.

Hey @ephillips826, yeah EURUSD feels stuck a lot of the time. SMAs being close *can* mean it'll stay that way for a bit, but a big news event can shake things up pretty quick imo.
