Alright, so for EURUSD I'm trying this new thing where I scale into a position. If it goes my way a bit, I add more. If it pulls back, I add more again at a better price. It's basically YOLOing but in stages, gotta feel out the market right? If it goes against me even a tiny bit I'm out though, no messing around. It's either massive win or quick stop.

Yeah so that EURUSD scaled in thing... I just got stopped out of my whole initial position. It was a good idea for about 5 minutes then it just tanked faster than I could blink. Guess my 'stages' were too big. Back to the drawing board, or maybe just go all-in on the next move. Whichever feels right, you know?

But then this crazy geopolitical stuff with the Middle East kicks in, DXY starts acting up, and suddenly your 'staged YOLO' turns into just... well, a YOLO. Happens to me all the time. You gotta pick your spots, man. I was watching EURUSD all day, it looked good, but then that news hit and it was like, nah, too risky. You gotta know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, you know? Or just go 100x leverage and hope for the best lol. Don't let one bad trade get you down, there's always another candle.
Hey @jessica1970, I feel you on that scaling in. It's tempting when you think you're getting a better price, but with all this geopolitical chaos and the dollar strengthening because of it, it's like catching a falling knife sometimes. That DXY strength can really crush EURUSD before you know it.
