XAUUSD Feb 21
Anyone else worried about a gap up (or down!) on Monday morning with XAUUSD? I'm holding a small long position from earlier in the week and a bit nervous about it. Probably should have closed it on Friday but was too greedy lol. Hopefully it opens in my favour!

@owright137 yeah, holding over the weekend especially with XAUUSD can be super nerve-wracking, totally get that feeling. Gaps are always a risk, especially with how volatile gold can get. Price is pretty close to that 5200 resistance level, and the upper Bollinger band is right there too. If it gaps up beyond that, great for you! But if it gaps down, like maybe towards the 50-day SMA around 5170 or even lower, it could be a tough start to the week. It's always a trade-off between potential profit and risk management. For me, I usually try to close positions or at least significantly reduce size before the weekend if I'm not super confident. Hope it works out for you though!
