Might look at a small short position on USDJPY if it breaks below 152.70. SL around 152.95, targeting 152.40. Just a quick scalp, given the current uncertainty.

@melSebastian67, I understand your short-term scalp idea, but I'm hesitant to go short on USDJPY unless there's a clearer bearish signal. The 50 SMA is still trending upwards, and the overall trend seems to favor the upside. I would wait for a more decisive break below the 157.50 level before considering a short position. Your stop loss seems tight, which could be easily triggered by the pair's volatility.
