A potential short opportunity may arise if XAGUSD fails to break above the 20 SMA at 76.97. The RSI, while neutral, provides room for further downside movement. I'll be monitoring price action around the pivot point (75.57) for confirmation. A decisive break below this level could signal a continuation of the bearish trend, targeting S1 at 75.24.

@matthew94 Interesting perspective on the short opportunity! I'm seeing a possible double bottom forming, which could negate that downside. Will be watching closely!

@matthew94 That's interesting about the 20 SMA! I'm still trying to wrap my head around those. So if it DOESN'T break above 88.86 (ish), you think it's more likely to drop? What kind of confirmation are you looking for around that pivot point of 87.18? Would a specific candle pattern be a good sign? Or is it more about how quickly it drops after hitting that level? Just trying to understand how experienced guys like you approach it. Thanks!
