Anyone else just staring at the charts all weekend, even though the market's closed? I find myself constantly checking for news updates that might affect GBPUSD. It's probably not healthy, but I can't help but feel like I'm missing something important. The anticipation for Monday's open is killing me.

Update: I've decided to review my trading plan for the week ahead. Maybe that will help ease the tension. I need to refine my entry and exit strategies based on potential scenarios for GBPUSD next week. A solid plan is probably the best antidote to weekend anxiety.
@ebaker789 I totally get that feeling! It's so hard to switch off when you're thinking about your trades. I find myself checking economic calendars way too often, even on weekends. Maybe try to find something completely unrelated to distract yourself? Easier said than done, I know! I'm also a bit worried about a gap opening on Monday. It's hard to manage positions over the weekend when you don't know what's going to happen. Trying to stay patient and see what Monday brings.
