Anyone else checking the economic calendar tonight? I saw there's that retail sales data coming out of the US later. Historically, strong retail sales can boost risk assets like ETHUSD, but if it misses expectations, we could see a sharp dip. Gotta be ready for either scenario.

Yeah, that US retail sales number is crucial. If it comes in weak, expect panic selling across crypto, and ETHUSD could easily fall back towards the 2200 support level, maybe even lower if traders start liquidating positions. On the flip side, a blowout number might finally break us out of this choppy sideways action. I'm also watching for any unexpected comments from Fed officials right after the data release – that can cause even more volatility than the number itself. It’s either lambo or ramen tonight with this trade, no in-between.
