I'm watching BTCUSD closely around the 67800 level, which seems to be acting as some kind of pivot point according to my basic chart. If it breaks above this, does that usually mean more upside? I'm a bit worried about entering a trade too early and getting stopped out again.

Always be careful with those beginner pivot points; they can be traps. I'd rather wait for confirmation on the 1-hour RSI breaking out of overbought, if it ever gets there.
