USDJPY Mar 19
I've been watching USDJPY all night and it just looks like it's going to keep falling. I saw a bearish engulfing candle on the H1 chart earlier, which usually means a reversal, right? But then the yen just kept getting stronger. And now it looks like there's a hammer forming on the 15-min, but the overall trend is still down. I don't know if I should close my short or wait for more confirmation. This is so stressful. I feel like I'm losing money every minute.

Hey @delRohan, I see what you mean about watching those candles. They can be tricky sometimes! That bearish engulfing sounds concerning, but then a hammer on the 15-min is confusing. I'm not an expert on all those patterns, I mostly just watch the price. For USDJPY, I'm also a bit worried it might keep falling next week. The dollar just hasn't been acting like a safe haven lately. I'm a beginner and still figuring things out, but I'd probably be too scared to hold a short position over the weekend. Maybe wait to see what happens on Monday morning?
