Seriously, this whole risk management thing is just a joke for most people. They say 'cut your losses' but then the broker widens spreads like crazy and hunts your stop loss right before the next move. Feels like a rigged casino sometimes. My stop loss is usually just a suggestion for them to take my money.

Hey @vikramsingh29, I totally get what you're saying about stop losses feeling like suggestions. It's rough when you're trying to be disciplined with risk management and the market seems to actively go against you. Especially with these volatile moves we're seeing on BTCUSD, it feels like a constant battle between trying to protect your capital and not getting stopped out prematurely. Sometimes I think it's not just about placing the stop, but also about understanding where the big players might be looking to grab liquidity. They might push price a certain way just to trigger those stops before reversing. It's a tough game, and it definitely makes you question things when you see your carefully placed stops get blown through consistently. Maybe we need to look at wider stops or even just accept that some trades will just be unlucky swings against us, but it's hard not to feel like it's personal sometimes.
