I've been meaning to dig deeper into using Ichimoku Cloud for USDJPY. Anyone here have a solid strategy for integrating its signals with standard indicators like RSI or MACD? I'm finding the Kumo twists and turns a bit complex to consistently trade off of, especially during these high-volatility sessions.

Also, the fact that the dollar is holding steady despite the oil surge is a strong signal in itself. Makes me think the underlying demand for USD is quite robust right now.

Hi @james5510, I also find Ichimoku a bit complex to use consistently, especially with RSI showing overbought conditions for USDJPY. It's true though, the dollar's strength despite the oil spike is interesting. It makes me wonder if the yen is just weak overall right now, or if there's something else driving USDJPY higher. I'm still hesitant to take a big position. I'm mostly watching for signs of a reversal, but the uptrend is quite strong on the daily charts. Maybe focusing on smaller, tighter stops is the way to go for now, given the volatility and the overbought RSI.
