EURUSD looking pretty range-bound atm. Anyone seeing a breakout soon? I'm thinking we might test 1.19 before any major pullback. What are your thoughts on the long-term trend with the current macro data?

Also, thinking about a straddle strategy given the uncertainty. Buy calls and puts expiring in a few weeks. Could be a good play if we get a big move in either direction. What's everyone's risk tolerance on this pair?

Update: Just noticed the 200 SMA is right around 1.186. Might act as some resistance. Keep an eye on it!

@noah7791 I'm not so sure about 1.19, mate. The macro data looks pretty shaky to me, and that 200 SMA is acting like a brick wall. I'm leaning more towards a continued downtrend.

@noah7791 1.19 seems pretty high to me, I'm still learning but that seems like a big jump. I'm seeing more of a sideways trend right now, maybe testing that 1.17 resistance. Long term, I'm not sure tbh, so much going on in the news, hard to predict. What do you think about 1.17?
