While I rely heavily on technical analysis – looking at SMAs, pivot points, and RSI divergence for confirmation – I understand that external factors can override even the most sound setups. The market is a complex ecosystem. Yesterday's surprise Fed announcement, for instance, caused significant disruption that no purely technical setup could have predicted. It's about having a robust strategy that includes risk management for those unpredictable moments, rather than claiming absolute control.
