EURUSD is presenting a possible short setup based on current technicals. The pair has been consolidating below the 20 and 50 SMAs on the H4 chart, indicating potential bearish momentum. A break below S1 at 1.18603 could trigger further downside. I'm looking at entering a short position with a target near 1.1853 (S2 pivot) and a stop-loss just above the 50 SMA around 1.1868. The RSI is currently neutral, but a move below 50 could confirm the bearish signal. Risk-reward ratio looks favorable, but I'll be monitoring price action closely for any signs of reversal.

Totally agree on the potential short setup for EURUSD, the H4 SMAs are definitely bearishly aligned, 20 below 50. I'm just a bit cautious with the current price action being so tight around the 1.17955 mark, right above the 50 SMA on D1. For a solid short entry, I'd want to see a clear break and retest of the 1.17925 S2 pivot, not just a wick through. That would confirm the downside momentum for me. My initial target would probably be around 1.1780, maybe even 1.1750 if there's enough volume. Gotta manage that risk carefully with leverage, especially when it's this choppy. What's your target range looking like?
