And you know what? That detachment extends beyond just individual trades. It's about detaching from the need to be right all the time. I used to get so hung up on 'being right' about my predictions, and it was exhausting. Now, I'm more focused on risk management and adapting when the market proves me wrong. It's like, okay, ETH didn't do what I thought it would... adjust, learn, and move on. Also, remember to take breaks, staring at charts all day is not good for your eyesight or your sanity.
