Considering the current BTCUSD price action, I'm curious to know others' perspectives on risk management strategies. With the price hovering around 68900, what methods are people using to protect profits or limit potential losses? Are you relying more on stop-loss orders, hedging strategies, or other techniques in this volatile environment?

Update: To clarify my earlier question, I'm particularly interested in strategies that account for the possibility of a significant correction. While the trend appears bullish, relying solely on indicators like the RSI (currently at 62.5) may not be sufficient. Has anyone adjusted their risk tolerance recently? I'm contemplating tightening my stop-loss orders, potentially around the 68600 level (20-day SMA), but I'm also wary of being stopped out prematurely. Any thoughts on balancing risk and reward in this scenario?

@ldnChloe I'm primarily using stop-loss orders based on key support levels identified through pivot point analysis. Considering the volatility, I'm setting them slightly wider than usual to avoid premature triggering.

@ldnChloe That's a great question about risk management! I'm a big fan of using stop-loss orders, especially in this volatile market. I usually set mine based on the ATR indicator to account for the average price swings. Hedging can be useful too, but it requires a lot more active management imo. What ATR settings do you use?
